ROOM 8 ARE ALL IN THIS WAKA TOGETHER!
Over the past couple of weeks, Room 8 have been working very hard to create a collaborative piece of artwork. We had to work together as a team to create our masterpiece. We worked in pairs to create the waka paddles and then all created our own koru and kowhaiwhai patterns to show our individuality and decorate our waka. We are all special and unique and we think our colourful waka represents this. It is now on display in the school office foyer, so if you haven't already - go check it out!
